Terms of Service
Last updated June 5, 2026. These general terms are provided for QR Menus customers and should be reviewed by counsel before production legal reliance.
Service
QR Menus provides hosted tools for restaurant owners to create, manage, and publish digital QR menus, including menu content, images, QR exports, billing, and related account features.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for making sure all restaurant, menu, price, location, and business information you publish is accurate and lawful.
Content
You retain ownership of the restaurant content you upload. You grant QR Menus permission to host, process, optimize, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until cancelled through the billing portal or by contacting support. Trial access, plan limits, renewal timing, and cancellation effects are shown in the app and may vary by plan.
Acceptable Use
Do not use QR Menus to publish unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.
Availability
We work to keep menus available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, payment issues, or misuse may affect access.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Menus is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of QR Menus after changes means you accept the updated terms.
